Joan Stephens works with companies in streamlining systems, processes and management coaching. With twenty five years of business management & accounting background, she specializes in helping clients develop processes, analysis and information dissemination to the team. She also functions as the CrossRoads general manager and human resource officer. | |

Justin graduated from the University of Idaho, Moscow with a degree in Business Marketing. He brings an upbeat attitude, great work ethic and attention to detail to the team. Justin is our technology and audio/video expert , debriefs assessments and coordinates our email marketing. | |

Kim has worked with every B2B sector from Small Business to Government, handling everything from pre-registration websites to events with more than 12,000 attendees. She still maintains budgets and balances the books-with one key difference-now she is often the first participant when new opportunities arise. |
